Dairy-Free Dalgona Coffee

Dalgona Coffee - no dairy, no sugar

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp instant coffee
  • 2 tbsp cold water
  •  ¼ to ½ tsp monk fruit powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond, coconut or other non dairy milk
  • 1 handful of ice

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine 2 tbsp instant coffee granules, 2 tbsp cold water, 1 tsp vanilla and ¼ to ½ tsp of monk fruit powder
  2. Using an electric hand mixer or whisk, whip the ingredients together (by hand this may take up to 8-12 minutes). You want it to get frothy  and the consistency similar to whipped cream
  3. In a cup, pour your non dairy milk over ice and then scoop the whipped coffee mixture over the top
  4. Mix it together before drinking if desired
