106. Overcome Emotional Eating and Repair Your Relationship with Food with Jocelyn Brousseau, Certified Health Coach

Jocelyn currently lives in Indianapolis, Indiana and is a Certified Health Coach and Whole30 Certified Coach.

Ever since she can remember, she has had a negative relationship with food and struggled with over eating. She went on her own health and wellness journey starting in 2017 and found the structure, tools and information that empowered her to take control back of her life and learn how to love herself with the food she puts into her body.

Some of her other pastimes outside of work include training and participating in triathlons, traveling as often as possible and making new recipes in the kitchen by all her favorite recipe developers & food bloggers.

I will show you how to repair your relationship by creating new habits, understanding and combating your cravings and teach you how to cook healthy and nutritious meals. Whole30 1:1 Coaching Program: A 6-week program for individuals who are craving a reset. If you want to understand why your joints hurt, why you are having digestive issues, why you never have any energy and see if you have any potential food intolerances/allergies, this elimination protocol is made for you. I can walk you through this program and keep you accountable every step of the way. I provide guidance, recipes, motivation and multiple other resources to help you successfully complete this program.
